Taylor Hopkinson is proud to partner with a leading force in utility-scale energy storage development and asset management. We are recruiting a HR/Operations Manager to support their global workforce strategy, alongside managing internal operations, logistics and policy.

This is a full-time, permanent position and they are offering a flexible/hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end global staffing processes - onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle activities across multiple regions
• Ensure compliance with international labour regulations, including visa/work permit requirements
• Maintain accurate employee data
• Serve as the key point of contact between hiring managers and recruitment partners
• Collaborate with HR/legal teams to review and update internal policies covering HR, operations, travel, remote work etc.
• Lead the day-to-day office operations, including workspace coordination, vendor management, equipment sourcing, and adherence to health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in office management, staffing or global HR operations
• Experience with onboarding and staffing management tools
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to support remote/hybrid global teams
• International experience and/or multilingual abilities
• Renewables experience highly desirable
