Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced HLOP Drivers for a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Coventry, CV2. The Role As a HLOP Driver, your duties may include: Operating a HLOP (High Level Order Picker) safely and efficiently Picking customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets Replenishing stock to designated warehouse locations Loading and unloading stock where required Moving products safely throughout the warehouse Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved Key Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who are: In possession of a valid and accredited or in house HLOP licence, as well as Reach, Counterbalance or VNA Comfortable working at height in a warehouse environment Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to follow instructions and work accurately Positive attitude and willingness to learn Pay and Benefits Working with Quest Employment offers: Weekly pay Ongoing, long-term work Consistent 4 on 4 off shift pattern Overtime opportunities where available Friendly team environment On-site parking Support from a dedicated recruitment team About Quest Employment Quest Employment is a leading UK recruitment agency specialising in industrial, commercial and technical recruitment.
