Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor role in London paying a £39,000 base salary with quarterly performance bonus, 40% bonus potential on qualifying fee income above cost and OTE up to £100,000. This is a Permanent, Full-time position within an established multidisciplinary property consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refurbishment, fit-out and improvement projects through procurement and completion
• Undertake technical due diligence and dilapidations instructions
• Prepare specifications, tender documentation and contract administration outputs
• Manage WIP, invoicing, fee recovery, programme, cost and technical delivery
• Support project commissions reaching approximately £10 million

Requirements

• MRICS chartered status in building surveying or equivalent recognised professional qualification
• Commercial building surveying experience in a consultancy or professional property environment
• Experience of refurbishment, contract administration or project-led surveying
• Technical due diligence, dilapidations or comparable professional surveying experience

Salary & Package

• Quarterly performance bonus with 40% bonus potential on qualifying fee xwzovoh income above cost
• Base salary £39,000 - OTE up to £100,000
