Description
- Provide tailored legal advice to clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning.
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently.
- Offer guidance on tax planning and related financial matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices within the legal field.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery across departments.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and discretion.
Profile
A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
- Relevant legal qualifications and a practising certificate.
- Experience in private client matters such as wills, trusts, and probate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A meticulous approach to handling legal documents and client matters.
- The ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £44,000 to £63,000, dependent on the level of experience.
