You'll be joining a high-performing team that generates over £1 million in revenue per consultant annually. The Role: Executive Search Consultant As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Investment Banking & Hedge Funds space. These are the key responsibilities: Industry Research: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy. Market Mapping: Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector. Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals. Client Communication: Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
