Electrical Engineer – Static Site Location: South London Salary: £48,000+ per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Building Services / Facilities Management A leading and well-established company is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team on a static site in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in building services and electrical maintenance who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a large organisation. The Role: As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a large commercial site, ensuring all systems and equipment remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Fault finding and electrical repairs Maintaining electrical building services systems Carrying out inspections, testing and remedial works Responding to breakdowns and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently Completing maintenance records and relevant documentation Working safely and in accordance with company procedures Liaising with contractors, clients and other members of the engineering teamRequirements The successful candidate will have: Level 3 Electrical qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer Strong building services experience Previous maintenance experience, ideally within a commercial environment Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills A strong understanding of electrical systems and building services Good communication skills and a professional approachWhat's on Offer £48,000+ salary Permanent position Static site – South London Opportunity to work for a large, established organisation Long-term career opportunity Stable working environment Excellent opportunity for an experienced building services engineerIf you're an experienced Electrical Engineer with your Level 3 and 18th Edition, and you're looking for a permanent static role with a major organisation, we'd be keen to hear from you.
