Electrical Engineer

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to undertake facilities management services across our site in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape service excellence, drive operational performance, and make a real difference every day.Role Responsibilities:Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring standards are maintained and liaising with Mitie engineers, subcontractors, and clients to address concernsEnsure compliance with business risk management procedures and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including CAFM system updatesMaintain a proactive approach to client liaison, ensuring effective communication and escalation of concerns where necessarySupport operational requirements including participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hoursDemonstrate flexibility, strong teamwork, leadership qualities, and a ‘can do' attitude while maintaining high standards across electrical and building services systemsRequired Qualifications:applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.Substantial practical experience with a comprehensive knowledge of all building services disciplines, LV systems and networks, standby generator and environmental systemsCity & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical TechnologyNVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environments, including L.V networks & stand-by generatorsWhat's in it for you?Opportunity to shape service excellence and drive operational performanceWork in a dynamic London-based environmentBe part of a supportive team focused on quality, safety, and performanceRef: Location:London Employment:Full time Role Classification:3
