What This Looks Like Day-to-Day * Representing our brand out in the community, door to door across Glasgow * Striking up genuine conversations and building trust quickly * Explaining what we offer in a way that's clear, honest, and engaging * Converting interest into results — sign-ups, leads, or sales depending on the campaign * Organising your own patch and pacing your own day * Reporting back on what's landing well with residents to help refine our approach What You'll Bring * Genuine people skills and a warm, approachable manner * Confidence to introduce yourself to strangers and hold a conversation * Resilience — a "no" doesn't put you off your stride * Strong self-discipline to manage your own workload without close supervision * A driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred) * No experience necessary — we'll train you from scratch On Offer * Commission-only pay, OTE £600–£750 per week, entirely performance-based * Full training and hands-on support from an experienced team * Freedom to structure your own working day * A clear route into senior or team leader positions * A close-knit, Glasgow-based team culture Interested?
