This joint venture store brings together a skilled team consisting of one dispensing optician and five optical assistants, giving the assistant store manager the opportunity to lead, support, and develop a closeknit group.As an assistant store manager, you'll work closely with the joint venture partner to support daytoday store operations while acting as a handson leader on the shop floor.

You'll help drive performance, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a firstclass experience.

People management will be a key part of your responsibilities
