You role you will encopass: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budgetCoordinate design, engineering and development teams to define requirements, optimize solutions and manage project risksConduct site surveys and support cost estimation, budgeting and commercial analysisManage RFQs, suppliers and subcontractors, including contracts, scope and performanceDevelop and monitor project budgets, schedules and resource allocationSupervise project execution and site activities, ensuring compliance with QHSE standardsMonitor progress, risks and deviations, providing regular reports and corrective actions as requiredManage client and stakeholder relationships, project documentation and final handover to the O&M teamWhat you bring to the role:   Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field; MSc is an advantage5+ years of proven experience in medium- to large-scale solar park construction within EPC companiesProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantageProficiency in MS Project and MS OfficeStrong project management, organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driving licenceYour Benefits:Competitive remuneration packageGroup Health Insurance programPension PlanShare the same Value Based Behaviors: People & Personal growth Results orientation & Safety excellence Collaboration & Trust Empathy & Effective communication Flexibility & Adaptability Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
