Associate — Renewable Energy Investment Platform

​I’m working with a privately backed renewable energy investment platform looking to add an Associate to its London-based investment team. The business is focused on European solar, wind and BESS assets and is active across both direct asset-level investment and broader platform / fund-style activity. They are looking for someone with strong financial modelling, investment analysis and transaction experience, ideally combined with exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance or M&A.This is not a purely model-led role. The team is particularly interested in people who understand, or are genuinely curious about, the technical and commercial drivers behind renewable energy assets — including areas such as grid, PPAs, EPC, supply chain, BESS and asset delivery.The role will likely cover:financial modelling and investment analysis;transaction execution;renewable energy opportunity assessment;technical-commercial diligence;working closely with technical and engineering teams;supporting asset-level and platform-level investment activity;helping build investment processes within a growing platform.The ideal candidate will have:5–8 years’ experience;strong modelling and analytical capability;experience across renewables, infrastructure, project finance, M&A or investment;commercial agility and technical curiosity;the ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.The business is offering a strong compensation package, including bonus and carry participation.Discipline(s): Renewable Energy, Energy FinanceJob type: Permanent
