About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cook with strong Delicatessen experience to join our well established team managing our Deli counter.

Location: Woodcote Green (located within Dobbies Garden Centre)

Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week (7-day rota, flexible days)

Salary: £30,940

Key Requirements:

Proven experience cooking and managing a Deli within a busy retail environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
Passion for produce development and delivering premium quality produce
Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards
