What You'll Be Responsible For:
Hand-stretching dough and producing authentic, high-quality pizzas
Working confidently with wood-fired ovens in a busy service environment
Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
Supporting the wider kitchen team during high-volume service
Managing prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
Upholding high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Bringing energy, positivity, and professionalism to every shift
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and wood-fired cooking
Passion for quality ingredients and authentic pizza-making
A calm, organised approach under pressure
Great team spirit and a hands-on xwzovoh attitude
