Full Time | Monday to Friday
12-Month Temporary Assignment
Immediate Start Available
Monday- Thursday: 7:15am-16:00pm Friday- 7:15am- 11:45am
We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a clean, regulated production setting, supporting the manufacture and packaging of products that make a real difference.
The Role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will support the production and packaging of products while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy are maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Manufacturing and handling products within a clean production environment
Assembling packaging components, including boxes, labels and inserts
Ensuring products are packaged correctly and securely
Printing, verifying and applying product labels accurately
Carrying out quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
Monitoring equipment calibration schedules and maintaining records
Completing production documentation accurately
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards
Supporting training activities when required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, assembly, or pharmaceutical environment is advantageous but not essential
Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Strong manual dexterity
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible approach to work and changing priorities
Experience working in a clean room or regulated environment would be beneficial
