We're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a business in Liverpool, with responsibility for leading end-to-end procurement activity within the public sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with experience leading procurement projects under PA2023, managing procurement policies and procedures, and ensuring robust governance and compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity, including complex and high-value procurement projects.
• Manage the full tendering process, from requirements gathering and specification development through to evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
• Develop, review and maintain procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Ensure all procurement activity complies with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Provide expert procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management activities to achieve value for money and minimise risk.
