The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced

Gluing Machine Operator

to join our clients production team in Cambridgeshire. This is a permanent role offering competitive pay, excellent shift patterns, and opportunities for overtime. Key Responsibilities

Make-ready, set up, and run a

folder gluer machine

Maintain machine speeds and production output to agreed targets

Lead, support, and develop members of the production team

Ensure all

health and safety procedures

are fully adhered to

Achieve all

preventative maintenance

targets and report issues promptly

Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency at all times

Demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of

folder gluer machinery

Key Requirements

Proven experience operating a

folder gluer / gluing machine

Strong understanding of machine setup, running, and troubleshooting

Ability to lead and motivate a small team

Strong focus on health & safety and continuous improvement

Reliable, flexible, and able to work rotating shifts
