Head of Commercial Property Management

Job Summary
We're working with a long-established, highly respected property consultancy, with expertise across South West London and surrounding areas, to find a proactive, experienced Chartered Commercial Property Manager to lead the management of a diverse commercial portfolio.This firm works with a broad client base spanning private landlords, local businesses, financial institutions, pension funds and developers, and prides itself on genuine long-term relationships, autonomy, and a collaborative, commercially-minded culture where ideas are encouraged and people are trusted to get on with the job.What you'll be doing:Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, primarily retail, with some office and industrial assetsDeveloping and implementing strategies to maximise asset value, rental income and occupancyPreparing, overseeing and controlling service charge budgetsHandling lease renewals, rent reviews and service contract negotiationsBuilding strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and managing agentsProviding strategic advice to clients on market conditions, asset performance and investment opportunitiesLeading and supporting junior members of the property management teamWhat we're looking for:MRICS qualifiedMinimum 5 years' commercial property management experienceStrong knowledge of commercial property law, leases and valuation principlesSolid financial and budget management experienceExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder skillsLeadership or line management experience desirableThis is a genuine opportunity to join a well-regarded, autonomous and client-focused business with a strong reputation and a diverse, interesting portfolio.
