Senior Site Engineer - Residential RC FrameSouth London | 60,000-70,000I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer to join a well-established Tier 2 main contractor on a new residential development in South London.The scheme is a large-scale RC Frame development comprising three blocks with brick façade. Demolition works are due to commence shortly, with the main construction programme starting in early 2027 and running through to 2030.This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer who is looking to take a senior role within a sizeable project team and have responsibility across the engineering delivery of the scheme.The role:Take responsibility for engineering delivery across the projectSet out and oversee RC Frame and structural worksManage quality and ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specificationsWork closely with the Site and Project Management teamsCoordinate with subcontractors and engineering teamsCarry out inspections, surveys and site measurementsAssist with technical queries and resolving issues on siteMaintain accurate site records and ensure works are delivered to programmeWhat they're looking for:Strong experience as a Site Engineer within a main contractor environmentExperience working on large-scale residential or similarly complex projectsRC Frame experience is essentialGood understanding of setting out, QA and technical drawingsComfortable working closely with subcontractors and the wider site teamAble to work independently and take ownership of engineering packagesDegree/HNC/HND or equivalent engineering qualification preferredSalary: 60,000-70,000
