The Correspondence Manager will oversee and manage responses to incoming communications, ensuring that all correspondence is handled accurately and efficiently. Description
Coordinate and manage the handling of incoming correspondence to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Develop and maintain processes to streamline communication workflows within the department.
Review and edit outgoing communications to ensure consistency and adherence to organisational standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information necessary for responding to correspondence.
Monitor and report on correspondence trends to inform future strategies.
Support the Marketing & Agency team in delivering consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Ensure compliance with public sector guidelines and organisational policies in all correspondence.
Provide training and guidance to team members on effective correspondence management practices.Profile
A successful Correspondence Manager should have:
Proven experience in managing correspondence or similar administrative functions.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with public sector processes and protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively within a Marketing & Agency department.
Proficiency in using relevant software tools for managing correspondence and communication workflows.Job Offer
Daily rate equivalent of £46,000 per annum
