The Role - Complex Needs Learning Partner

As a Complex Needs Learning Partner in Gloucester, you will:

• Support students with ASC, PMLD, SLD, and complex learning difficulties
• Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual needs and EHCP targets
• Assist with personal care and daily routines where required
• Support communication using Makaton, PECS, and visual aids
• Deliver sensory-based learning activities and structured interventions
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to provide a holistic approach to learning and care
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Complex Needs Learning Partner in Gloucester, you will have:

• A patient, caring, and nurturing approach
• A genuine interest in SEN and complex needs
• Confidence or willingness to support personal care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in SEN, care, or support work (desirable but not essential)
