The school will consider PGCE without QTS or extensive work experience as a class lead in a similar school environment Have current knowledge of the curriculum Have recent experience with the age range you want to work with and with SEND/SEMH students Have the ability to think on your feet Have a love for teaching children DBS on the Update Service or ability to apply for one.
