Shop-Floor Quality Performance Lead

Allstaff Team is seeking a Quality Performance Lead to join our client in Bridge of Weir. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that quality standards are upheld and consistently achieved. This role involves spending significant time in a manufacturing environment, coaching colleagues and identifying risks early.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG setting, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of quality standards.
