In this varied role you will play a key part in the tight-knit office team as you undertake a broad range of administrative work, primarily within the F&B department.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include writing up menus, dealing with enquiries and reservations, and assisting across the hotel with welcoming guests, event support coordinating the assistant manager's diary.
