You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment delivering a wide range of services across sectors including public and private sector, education, defence, and infrastructure. This role offers excellent exposure to both professional and project work, alongside a clear pathway to Chartership. The Role Deliver a range of building surveying services across multiple projects and sectors Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence Prepare reports, specifications and schedules of work Support project delivery, including contract administration under JCT and NEC Assist with refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects Contribute to building safety and sustainability compliance (including CDM and BSA) Client & Team Involvement Support client relationship management and service delivery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Engage in CPD, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives About You Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or equivalent) Working towards MRICS status Minimum 12 months consultancy experience Understanding of construction, contracts (JCT/NEC) and project delivery Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proactive team-oriented approach Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD/Revit advantageous) Graduate building surveyor| assistant building surveyor| APC| MRICS| contract administrator| project manager| RICS| JCT| design specification| surveys
