Warehouse Operative (4 on 4 off Days)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team. This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 07:00 to 19:00 The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees. Salary: £29,511 per annum On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers

Job requirements

What we're looking for: Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment. Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation. Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy. The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets. Strong organisational skills.
