We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse at Oakland House, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You’ll be working in a close-knit, multidisciplinary team where your clinical expertise and empathy will make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Assessing, planning, and reviewing individual care plans
• Administering medication safely and in line with best practice
• Supporting residents with a range of mental health conditions
• Building strong, therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect
• Monitoring physical and mental health, responding to any changes
• Supporting residents’ independence and daily living activities
• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals xwzovoh and support staff
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Experience or strong interest in mental health care
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and confident in challenging situations
• Understanding of safeguarding and mental health legislation
