Ward Manager

The service provides specialist mental health rehabilitation, learning disability, autism, and complex-needs support across secure and residential environments. Their multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality, person-centred care focused on recovery, independence, and positive outcomes. The Role As Ward Manager, you will lead the operational management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, recovery-focused care within a therapeutic and least-restrictive environment. Working closely with the Clinical Lead, Consultant Psychiatrist, nursing teams, and therapists, you will promote rehabilitation, dignity, independence, and safety for all service users.
