About the role
Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Senior Asset and Compliance Lead to provide leadership across asset management, compliance, and health and safety. The role focuses on ensuring homes are safe, well maintained, and that investment planning and data quality support timely decision-making.
You will lead the Asset and Compliance Team, coordinate programmes, and manage contractor relationships, with a hybrid working pattern and a strong emphasis on regulatory delivery and customer safety.
