Job Title: Level 3 - Early Years Practitioner Location: Cheltenham Salary: £15-£18 per hour Contract Type: Full time - Long term Start Date: September 2026 Job Description: We are currently looking for Level 3 Early years staff who are looking to work in Cheltenham This role is working within a pre school room supporting alongside the team of staff and a experienced room leader. You must be Level 3 qualified and have expereince working within a private day nursery or an Early Years setting. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all children are engaged in age-appropriate activities and provide a helping hand when needed. Uphold all setting policies and keep safeguarding a top priority. Support with maintaining ratio within the different age groups and rooms. Keep up with key children progress reports Requirements Relevant experience working with children within the last 3 years.
