Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and occupiers.
• Manage visitor arrivals and sign-in procedures efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, post, deliveries, and general reception administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, becoming a trusted first point of contact.
• Support occupier events and building activities to enhance community engagement.
• Liaise with facilities, security, and building management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming reception area at all times.
• Provide a concierge-style service that enhances the overall occupier experience, reflecting the luxury standards of the building.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
