The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with technical and internal sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive sustainable, profitable growth.Key Responsibilities:Promote a diverse portfolio of speciality chemical ingredients to manufacturers in the personal care sectorManage and grow a defined territory, building long-term customer relationshipsIdentify and convert new business opportunities across the Midlands and SouthCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical sales managers and market specialistsMaintain accurate records using CRM, including visit reports, pricing updates, and opportunity trackingMonitor market trends and report on competitor activityYour Skills & ExperienceProven experience in B2B sales, ideally within personal care or chemical ingredientsStrong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approachCommercially astute, self-motivated, and results-drivenFull UK driving licence (essential)Job type: Permanent
