Site Manager

Location: Falmouth Duration: 6 months Start: Immediate Employment: Freelance/Contract We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction business on a residential development in Falmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site * Monitoring progress against the construction programme * Maintaining high standards of health and safety * Ensuring works meet the required quality and specification * Identifying and resolving site issues promptly * Conducting site inspections and maintaining accurate records * Working closely with the wider project team to achieve successful delivery The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience managing residential construction projects * Strong subcontractor management skills * Excellent attention to detail * The ability to manage programme, quality and costs effectively * Strong communication and organisational skills * A valid SMSTS certificate * A valid CSCS card * A valid First Aid certificate * Immediate availability This is an excellent six-month opportunity with an established construction business.
