Workforce Recruitment Coordinator

Purpose

This is a dual role, split across two sites/ departments, requiring x3 days focus at Wisley and x2 days with Craft Crew.

- For Wisley

To deliver general HR support and ensure people quality across a designated Restaurant Associates Venue(s). This role is responsible for talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, development, and compliance. A core focus is the effective management of the casual workforce with the goal of reducing agency labour.

- For Craft Crew

Working closely with the Head of Craft Crew and the Workforce Manager to - primarily supporting the Craft Crew team with casual worker talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.

This fast-paced role coordinates with and supplies the required casual workers daily into a range of venues, ensuring quality and consistency in our delivery.
