We are currently recruiting for a passionate Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this luxury hotel in Hook.

The Person
The ideal Commis Chef will have the following:
Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment
Experience within a Rosette-standard kitchen would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
Passion and motivation to develop within a Michelin or multi-Rosette environment
Impeccable standards and a genuine passion for quality food and service
Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a professional brigade
