Polisher / Grinder
to join their busy and established manufacturing team based in Sandy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with polishing, grinding, fabrication, or metal finishing experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role. Key Responsibilities
Polishing and grinding metal components to a high standard.
Using hand-held grinders, polishing machines, and other workshop tools.
Deburring and finishing products in line with quality standards.
Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Working as part of a busy team.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
Previous polishing, grinding, fabrication, or metal finishing experience preferred.
Confident using hand and power tools.
Good attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
