The Firm

Our client is a well-established boutique London law firm with a strong reputation in the property litigation space. The firm is looking for an experienced Property Litigation Locum to support its existing team for a 3 - 6-month period.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Litigation professional who is confident managing a varied caseload. Duties will include:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property litigation matters
• Advise clients across a range of property-related disputes
• Handle matters independently from initial instruction through to resolution
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
• Maintain accurate files and ensure matters progress efficiently
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Work alongside a team of three Lawyers and Administrators
• Utilise LEAP as the firm's case management system

This Property Litigation Locum position is available on a 3 – 6-month basis. The successful candidate will work 3 - 4 days per week on a fully remote basis. xwzovoh

Requirements

• Strong experience across commercial and residential property litigation
• Available to start within the next four weeks
• Experience using LEAP would be advantageous
