About the role

scottishathletics in Aberdeen is seeking a proactive coordinator to organise community athletics activities and coaching. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, stay well organised, and inspire young people to engage with sport.

You will coordinate a community athletics programme to grow Aberdeen AAC membership, support the athlete pathway and coaching structure, and help recruit and retain coaches, focusing on areas with higher need to maximise progression into clubs.
