Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Depending on experience) About the Role:
My clients seeking an experienced and motivated Ductwork Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take a leading role in overseeing ductwork installation projects across a variety of commercial and residential sites in and around London.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate ductwork installation teams on-site
Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients
Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Duct Fitter, Ductwork Supervisor or Senior Duct Fitter (Will consider candidates looking for a step up)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Right to work in the xwzovoh UK
Full UK Drivers Licence (Manual/Automatic)
Desirable:
Experience working on large commercial projects
First Aid certification
CSCS card (relevant trade)
SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
