We are partnering with a growing service-led business to recruit an Operations Director for a high-profile hospitality portfolio across London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded hospitality leader to step into a senior operational role overseeing multiple premium environments, including luxury hospitality and customer-focused service operations. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will lead a team of operational managers across a multi-site portfolio, driving service excellence, client satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial performance. The Role You will be responsible for: * Leading and developing multi-site operational teams across London * Delivering exceptional customer and hospitality experiences * Managing client relationships with professionalism and credibility * Driving operational consistency, standards, and compliance * Taking ownership of commercial performance across the portfolio * Using systems, reporting, and data insight to improve performance * Supporting mobilisation activity and operational growth * Embedding a positive, visible, people-focused leadership culture This is a highly visible role requiring a hands-on leader who enjoys being operationally present across sites and engaging directly with teams and clients. About You We are seeking candidates with: * Senior operational leadership experience within hospitality, soft FM, catering, or customer-led environments * Experience managing multiple sites within fast-paced environments * Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills * Commercial awareness with exposure to budgets and performance metrics * A structured, organised, and data-led approach to operations * Strong leadership capability with experience developing managers and teams * High personal standards, professionalism, and attention to detail You may currently be working as: * Senior Operations Manager * Regional Manager * Area Manager * Account Director * Hospitality Director * Multi-Site General Manager …looking to step into a broader operational leadership role.
