We are partnering with a growing service-led business to recruit an Operations Director for a high-profile hospitality portfolio across London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded hospitality leader to step into a senior operational role overseeing multiple premium environments, including luxury hospitality and customer-focused service operations. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will lead a team of operational managers across a multi-site portfolio, driving service excellence, client satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial performance. The Role You will be responsible for: * Leading and developing multi-site operational teams across London * Delivering exceptional customer and hospitality experiences * Managing client relationships with professionalism and credibility * Driving operational consistency, standards, and compliance * Taking ownership of commercial performance across the portfolio * Using systems, reporting, and data insight to improve performance * Supporting mobilisation activity and operational growth * Embedding a positive, visible, people-focused leadership culture This is a highly visible role requiring a hands-on leader who enjoys being operationally present across sites and engaging directly with teams and clients.
