Houston & Hawkes is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a high-quality London operation where fine dining sits at the heart of the food offer, alongside a fresh and carefully considered retail service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is serious about food, takes pride in beautiful presentation and wants to continue developing within an experienced team.

You'll work closely with a highly talented Head Chef and a supportive wider team, using excellent ingredients to deliver refined hospitality, elegant fine dining lunches and a strong daily retail offer. With high food standards, a supportive Operations Manager and a team that genuinely works well together, this is a brilliant environment for a skilled CDP who wants to learn, contribute and progress.

THE ROLE

• Prepare and deliver exceptional food across fine dining hospitality and premium retail service
• Take ownership of your section, ensuring preparation and service are organised and consistently delivered to a high standard
• Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to produce beautifully presented dishes
