Private Client Solicitor - Hybrid

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded independent law firm that has been serving the local community for many years.Renowned for delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client care, this firm offers a professional, supportive, and collaborative working environment. This is a fully office-based position, providing the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues and build long-standing relationships with clients.The successful candidate will manage their own varied private client caseload from instruction through to completion, advising individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters.Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice.Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.Assisting with tax planning and wealth preservation matters.Advising a broad client base, including families, elderly clients and high-net-worth individuals.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and third parties.Drafting legal documentation and correspondence accurately and efficiently.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.Meeting billing, time recording and performance objectives.Assisting with business development initiatives and helping to strengthen existing client relationships.About YouQualified (PQE) Solicitor with experience specialising in Private Client matters.Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client work, including Wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts and Court of Protection matters.Commercial awareness and an understanding of the importance of building and maintaining client relationships.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a respected, independent and traditional law firm with an established presence in the local community.High-quality and varied private client work.Genuine opportunities for long-term career development and progression.Competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.If you are an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking to further your career within a well-regarded firm that values professionalism, teamwork and exceptional client care, we would be pleased to hear from you.
