- Older People Services (Days or Nights) Location: Residential Older People's Service Job Type: Part-time & Full-time Shifts: Days and Nights available Pay Rates £12.90 per hour (no NVQ) £12.96 per hour with NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care £13.00 per hour with NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care Hours Available 24.66 hours per week

- Nights 37 hours per week
- Nights About the Role We are recruiting Care Assistants to join a residential older people's service, providing compassionate, person-centred care in a supportive and welcoming environment.
These roles are suitable for both experienced care staff and applicants new to care, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The service supports older people with a range of needs, including dementia care.
A No Smoking Policy is in place.
Key Duties Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times Administering medication following appropriate training Supporting residents emotional, social, and spiritual well-being Maintaining accurate written and computerised care records Following health & safety guidance and the NISCC Code of Practice Working as part of a caring and professional team About You Caring, patient, and compassionate nature Good communication and teamwork skills Respect for residents' dignity, rights, and beliefs Willingness to complete training and work towards NVQ/QCF qualifications in Health & Social Care (if not already held) Willingness to work in a manner that respects the Christian ethos of the organisation Must be willing to work flexibly to fulfil the requirements of the Home Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced Access NI check. xwzovoh
