Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer (Contract)

📍 Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
🏭 Industry: Food / Bakery Manufacturing
💰 Rate: £37.00 per hour
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 6 months and on going
🕒 Shift Pattern: 4 On, 4 Off - Days Only

We are urgently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong background in Bakery, Food Manufacturing or FMCG environments to support a busy production site in Wakefield.

Key Requirements:

✅ Multi-Skilled (Electrical & Mechanical)
✅ Bakery manufacturing experience is essential
✅ Strong fault-finding and PPM experience
✅ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment
✅ Available immediately or able to start before 22nd October
✅ Willing to travel to Wakefield

Duties:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdown maintenance
Electrical and mechanical fault finding
Supporting production to minimise downtime
Working safely within a food manufacturing environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced contractors looking for an immediate start on a well-established food production site.
