Manufacturing Group currently experiencing rapid expansion both through organic growth and acquisition is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to undertake a newly created role. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional eager to make a strategic impact. What will the Senior Management Accountant role involve? Leading financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making initiatives Preparing and presenting detailed management accounts and reports with insights for senior leadership Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to ensure financial targets are met Collaborating across departments to ensure accurate financial data and supporting business operational goals Contributing to process improvements and implementing best practices in financial reporting Suitable Candidate for the Senior Management Accountant vacancy: Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with relevant industry experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Demonstrated experience in management accounting within a structured environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Proactive and capable of working independently in a remote setting Additional benefits and information for the role of Senior Management Accountant: The role will be offered on a remote working basis with the occasional requirement to travel to sites within the Group Salary will be dependent on experience CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
