Contracts Manager & Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager, with Quantity Surveying experience, to join a specialist contractor, with national reach, based in Dorset. The business undertakes projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, sports & leisure, and MoD sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Contracts Manager. About the role: As Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on projects valued between £1m - £15m. Key Responsibilities in the role: Handling the full contract Overseeing general site operations Managing subcontract procurement and dealing with variations Managing monthly valuations and liaising with clients Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this position: Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT form of contract Must have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Dorset What's on offer for this position: Salary: Up to £75k £5k Car Allowance Extensive Benefits Package Solid pipeline of work Progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a great contractor with a solid pipeline of work and ample progression opportunities.
