It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer, focusing on both Residential and Commercial caselaods, to join its renowned team in Manchester City Centre.Our client handles a significant amount of residential and commercial property transactions – as an experienced Property Lawyer, you will be expected to assist your colleagues with complex, high-value matters and have, ideally, some prior experience of managing junior and mid-level team members. Experience of dealing with both Residential and Commercial caseloads, particularly the technical issues that arise from both areas, would be a distinct advantage to any application.
