Healthcare Supervisor / Senior Care Assistant

Quick Medix are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Supervisors and Senior Care Assistants for ongoing temporary requirements within residential and nursing care settings in Bridgwater, Somerset.

We are seeking confident and reliable healthcare professionals with previous senior care experience who are looking for flexible agency shifts and competitive rates of pay.

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high standards of person-centred care, supporting residents with their daily needs and assisting with the supervision and coordination of care teams.

Pay: £18.51–£24.40 per hour (umbrella assignment rate).

Flexible day, night and weekend shifts available, subject to service requirements.

• Supervise, support and coordinate care staff during shifts.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within residential and nursing care settings.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
• Administer medications safely where appropriately trained, competent and authorised.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate care plans, medication records and daily documentation.
• Support safe moving and handling procedures and infection prevention practices.
