Customer Service Advisor – Call Centre Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis. ⭐Role: Customer Service Advisor  Edinburgh City Centre Hours: Monday to Friday (Full time and Part Time) Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour Temporary ongoing Start Date: Immediately ⭐ Working within a busy Repairs Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reporting repair issues. You'll provide excellent customer service, accurately log information, liaise with internal teams and contractors, and keep customers updated on the progress of their repairs.
