Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit a Part-Time Business Support Administrator on a temporary basis.
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday to Friday (26 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour
Duration: Temporary ongoing

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for a range of administrative duties, ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently and records are kept up to date. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing shared inboxes, responding to queries and processing requests
- Accurate data entry and updating internal systems
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel and internal software to support day-to-day administration
- Raising procurement orders through internal systems
- Running ad hoc reports as required
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Previous administrative experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a team
